Great work everyone. We are very proud of the effort, attitude and spirit of the athletes from our club. And for everyone that competed to come home with at least one medal is a happy bonus! Well done. And thank you to the cheer squad, yep the parents and families that enthusiastically encouraged everyone along

Well Done !
Well done athletes today at our Eastlake competition We are very proud of your efforts and you were great ambassadors for our club. If you wish to see your scores come see Michelle this week. Lots of great performances and some athetes also acheived a qualifying score to be eligible for selection in the state team. Hope you all had a fun and happy day. Thank you to our dedicated coaches who are there to support the athletes and judge at the competition. And a big vote of thanks to the band of tireless parent helpers who do all those necessary jobs to make the day a success. Canteen and the raffle raised $523 for the supporters club to assist athletes who make state or national teams. Well done!

Club Qualifier (Age & Elite) + Levels competition
Entry Fee $15
For Eastlake Athletes entries to Michelle by Tuesday 19th March
9am warmups, 10am start for all athletes (levels and age/elite)
Donations for canteen (eg cakes, biscuits, chocolates, fruit, lollies etc) welcome on the day, also easter eggs for raffle prizes can be donated prefer by thursday 21st.
24/2/13 Well done Sarah Pickering – Sarah (9) is one of our trampolinists who has a passion for running. Sarah trains hard at her running and is a regular at parkrun, little athletics, veterans athletics (yes really) and she has also given me good advice on running – my unofficial running coach :). Today Sarah competed in Regional Little Athletics and put in a mighty effort (in hot conditions) to come 3rd in the 800metre race for her age group.Brett and i were there to watch her run and it was very exciting, especially watching the grit and determination on Sarah’s face. Sarah ran a personal best time 2:47.4 which was wonderful and this run will qualify Sarah to run at the State Championships. Well done Sarah!
